What is Brand Therapy?

Brand Therapy is my 3-step approach to getting to the root of what's holding your brand back. Structured sessions and workshops designed for founders and teams who want real clarity, a creativity boost, and a fresh perspective.

Diagnosis

Before we meet, you fill out a short form, and I run a thorough brand audit. So when we sit down, we're already aligned on the exact problem we’re solving.

Step 2
Session

A structured 90-minute session where we dig into the problem, explore solutions, and build a clear direction, through a series of prepared questions and exercises.

Step 3
Prescription

After the session, you receive a full summary: brand audit results, problem statement, solutions, and agreed next steps.
