I’m Polina. You don’t know me yet, but we’re about to change that. You were asking about my “why”, so let’s start there.
Why Pleo?
Fun fact: I first noticed Pleo because of your branding and absolutely loved it. I still do, but totally understand that things change, brands evolve and I’d love to be a part of this new chapter!

I love how you’re challenging the category by building a brand that’s truly human, daring, and the opposite of boring. That challenger mindset shows up everywhere — from the product and mission to the look, feel, and voice.

You got me at “more than you’d expect.” I truly believe it’s a prerequisite of a strong brand, team, and company. To me, it’s not just about going the extra mile, it’s also about that element of surprise that makes all the difference.

I’ve been working in startups and scaleups most of my life, and I truly love this fast-changing environment, a mix of strategy and execution, and the impact one can have, no matter the title.

Leading a rebrand is an amazing opportunity to redefine how a brand shows up in the world, aligns teams, and sets the tone for what comes next. I’d love to help bring that next chapter to life at Pleo!
The mix of strategy and execution
I’m as obsessed with crafting a good brand strategy as I am with bringing it to life. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that even the smartest strategy means little if execution is messy.

I’ve heard great things about working at Pleo, and after some time working on my own, I do miss being a part of the team and working together towards one big goal truly excites me.

Startup mindset
Most of my career has been in startup and scale-up environments, so I’m used to moving fast and figuring things out as we go.
Strategic, but very hands-on
I care about the big picture just as much as I do about the details and processes that make it work.
Designer’s eye
As a certified graphic designer, I’ve built brand identities myself and understand how meaning translates visually.
